When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you buy or sell, we collect shipping addresses and transaction details. Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not store your full card details ourselves. Messages you send through our platform are stored to support transactions and resolve disputes.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the marketplace: to process transactions, facilitate communication between buyers and sellers, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use Sharetribe as our marketplace platform provider and Stripe to process payments. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We use Google Workspace for our business email.
