Sales & Shipping Basics

We want you to love what you get, so please review measurements, photos, and condition notes carefully before purchasing — all sales on Slow Fades are final.

Shipping is handled by individual sellers, not by Slow Fades. Once an order is placed, the seller is responsible for packaging and shipping within a reasonable timeframe.

Tracking

Sellers provide a tracking number once your order has shipped. All orders must ship with tracking — this is required of every seller on Slow Fades.

Shipping Costs

Each seller sets their own flat shipping cost per listing, shown separately from the item price at checkout. Shipping is not calculated by weight or carrier rate automatically — the seller determines it.

Where We Ship

Listed shipping prices reflect domestic (U.S.) shipping. Sellers may also ship internationally — if you're outside the U.S., message the seller before purchasing to confirm they can ship to your country and to arrange the correct shipping cost.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders are not shipped DDP. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be collected by your country upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility, separate from the item and shipping cost paid at checkout.

Carrier Liability

Slow Fades isn't responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers — but we're on your side if something goes wrong. We strongly encourage sellers to package thoughtfully and declare full value for high-value items.
